1. Who provides it. The Leadership Positioning Portal is provided by DxTalks. For any question, contact info@dxtalks.com.

2. What you get. Access to six digital modules, worksheets, the listed bonuses, and any group or one on one element included in your purchase, all delivered online. Access lasts one year from the date of purchase.

3. Waitlist and early access. Joining the waitlist is free and does not guarantee a place or a specific price. Early access and the discounted launch price are offered at our discretion and while places last.

4. Payment. Prices are shown in US dollars and payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. Access is granted after successful payment.

5. No refunds. Because this is a digital product that gives immediate access to its materials, all sales are final and no refunds are provided. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this.

6. License and intellectual property. You receive a personal, non transferable license to use the materials for your own learning. You may not copy, record, share logins, resell, or redistribute any content. All content remains the property of DxTalks and Rudy Shoushany.
